Straight from the hive, our honey is never heated or processed, it is always raw and unfiltered to preserve flavor and health benefits. It is only gently strained so that it retains pollen.
Our honey is classified as wildflower honey, or polyfloral, which simply means that the bees visit a wide variety of nectar and pollen sources.

I use it instead of jam or sugar. It’s local, so it’s a help against allergies, but, most of all, in tea it’s soothing.
