Processing & Shipping Times
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after being placed. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time may ship the same day.

We primarily ship using USPS Priority Mail. Delivery times typically range from 1–4 business days after shipment, depending on your location. In most cases, customers receive their orders within 2–5 business days from the time the order is placed.

Please note that processing times may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to weather-related shipping delays.

Will My Order Arrive in One Package?
Depending on the size and contents of your order, items may ship in separate packages. If this occurs, packages may arrive 1–2 business days apart.

Out-of-Stock Items
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you by email with an estimated ship date. If an item cannot be restocked within a reasonable timeframe, we will automatically issue a refund for that item.

Address Changes
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible with your name and order number. While we will do our best to update the address before shipment, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
