Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Eco Bee Supply. Please review our return policy below before placing an order.

Food Products (Raw Honey)
Due to the nature of food products, all sales of raw honey are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on honey once it has been shipped or picked up.

Beeswax and Candle Products
Beeswax and candle products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Returns Process
To initiate a return, please contact us first through our contact page or by email with your order number and details. Please do not send items back without contacting us in advance.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a few business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged or defective. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Local Pickup Orders
All local pickup sales of honey are final. Non-food items follow the same return guidelines listed above.
